Olivier Ruelle, a vlogger in Hangzhou with more than 1 million followers, said: “Nice holds a position somewhat akin to that of Hangzhou in China. The Nice Metropolitan region stands as the second-most vital economic and cultural hub in France, trailing only Paris.”
