期待！大熊猫“福宝”将在12日与公众见面

According to the China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda, after over two months of isolation and quarantine, as well as environmental adaptation, giant panda Fu Bao will be in the Panda Center Wolong Shenshuping Base on June 12 to meet the public.

- 据中国大熊猫保护研究中心消息，经过2个多月的隔离检疫和过渡适应后，大熊猫“福宝”将于6月12日在熊猫中心卧龙神树坪基地与公众见面。
Fu Bao returned to China from Everland Park of South Korea on April 3, and the Shenshuping Base has fully prepared for Fu Bao's arrival.

Multiple working teams have been set up to care for her, and each team has made an emergency plan to ensure that Fu Bao is healthy and safe, and can adapt to the new environment, caregivers and food.

During the isolation and quarantine period, Fu Bao adapted well and built up trust with caregivers. As each panda is different in how they adapt to new environment, climates, food and breeder teams, the base, with specially designed enclosures with windows, help Fu Bao get familiar with sounds and smells of neighboring pandas. The base said that Fu Bao is in good condition so far and will meet the public on June 12th.
